Join us in creating your own comprehensive plan; gathering and organizing personal and legal documents; and discussing your wishes to help you be prepared for your future.
There will be four sessions, each covering different topics, led by Family Caregivers Center volunteers Laura Sagers and Paula Burgmeier, as well as Attorney Mark Van Heukelom.
