Come watch one of the classic Christmas movies of all time: Miracle on 34th Street. Move Day will be held at the Downtown CR Library in Beems B, on the 2nd floor. The film features Maureen O’Hara, John Payne, Natalie Wood and Ed Gunn. When an old man agrees to act as a Macys store Santa Claus and then starts to insists he is the real Kris Kringle. The ensuing conflict has everyone questioning who is sane and who isn’t. By the movie’s end you’ll all become believers! This 1947 film won 3 Academy Awards.
Parking: if you park on the street or in the ramp, bring your license plate number with you to the library’s Greene Square entrance. Just inside of the entrance is a pay station. A code is posted on the wall beside the pay station that you can enter to receive two hours of free parking. If you need assistance, ask at the desk.
