• Yoga with the Seasons

  <p>Join us for peaceful movement and reflection at the Sacred Stone Circle.</p> <p>This class offers all-level yoga to help you release tension and tune into your inner experiences. We will contemplate how the energy shifts that we observe and feel in the body mirror the seasons and seasonal changes. The tall, old stones will support us while we breathe and move mindfully.</p> <p>You are invited no matter your level of experience.
