By engaging in an open dialogue about the meaning and importance of community, we can explore what brings us together and identify the qualities that create a strong and supportive environment. Defining our shared vision helps us understand what we value most, and inspires us to work toward that ideal. Through generative conversation, we can identify practical steps to strengthen our bonds, address challenges, and actively shape the community we aspire to be.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">As a member of this community, we need your voice, your ideas, and your presence! </span></span></span>Join us on Wednesday, April 16th, from 2:30-4:30 at Kirkwood Community College in Iowa Hall B, for a lively, generative dialogue considering the importance of building and being in community. </p>
