Mercy Cedar Rapids and several community partners are offering an opportunity for free, walk-in assistance for individuals and families who need help enrolling in health insurance through the Marketplace. The Health Insurance Coverage Help event is open to individuals seeking guidance on coverage options or who simply have questions about the enrollment process. Assistance is free, and no appointments are necessary. Help will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis by trained professionals who can assist with Marketplace applications and renewals. Please bring your photo ID, social security card, immigration status, proof for address, and proof of income. This event is hosted by Mercy Cedar Rapids, AmeriCorps Iowa, Eastern Iowa Health Center, Linn County Public Health and Together! Healthy Linn.
