Veterans Day. Honoring all who served.
Stop by The Veterans Memorial Building in downtown Cedar Rapids to honor and learn about local Veterans on Veterans Day. FREE and open to the public. 9 am - 2 pm.
Promptly at 10:30 am, a traditional Veterans Day service will begin. Area Metro Veterans Council facilitates the hour-long program, and the service includes Presentation of the Colors, Guest speaker, Volley Salute and more.
Front desk attendant available inside the Memorial lobby to direct visitors to the gallery displays. Includes the WWII Local Showcase. Open until 2 pm.
Downtown parking is FREE on Veterans Day.
