Event Description

For the second year, the City of Marion is bringing live theater to Lowe Park. Theater in the Park is set to take place on Sept. 21 and is produced by Giving Tree Theater and sponsored by Mercy Medical Park – Marion and ImOn Communications.

A free showing of Winne the Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the Klopfenstein Amphitheater (4500 N. 10th Street, Marion). Attendees should bring chairs and blankets for open lawn seating. Kids activities, including bouncy houses and face painting, will begin at 4 p.m.
