Event Description

Immerse yourself in the McPherson Edible Forest where you will connect with nature by becoming a part of it.

Mindfully stroll through this interconnected orchard ecosystem, finding and nibbling on herbs and fruits. It's a sensory journey that nourishes both the body and soul, tailored for people seeking a tranquil escape.

Forest therapy is a guided immersion in natural environments that promotes the well-being of people and the land. Research shows these numerous therapeutic benefits:
* Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, anger and pain.
* Improves cognitive functioning, sleep, mood and creativity
* Boosts the immune system, regulates blood pressure, improves relationships and increases feelings of gratitude.

Rejuvenate, unwind, and deepen your bond with Mother Nature.
