Iowa Clay Conference

The Iowa Ceramics Center and Glass Studio (ICCGS) located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is pleased to host the 6th Iowa Clay Conference from October 4th-6th, 2024. This much-anticipated event will bring together ceramic artists, educators, and enthusiasts from across the region to engage in workshops, lectures, and collaborative projects. Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from distinguished artisans, explore new techniques, and network with professionals in the field. The featured artist/presenters for 2024 are Jonathan Christensen Caballero, Pattie Chalmers as well as demonstrations by Chris Singewald. Students, local potters and educators will be among the participants at this three-day event – ranging from those new to ceramics to the professional potter.
