Event Description

In 1907, more than 120 one-room country schools dotted the hills, fields, and crossroads
of rural Linn County. Today, less than a third of them survive. Join Ushers Ferry’s historian, Ann Cejka, for an up-close look at some of these hidden gems in Franklin Tand Bertram Townships.  Learn their history and what led to their ultimate demise in this fun local, back roads tour.
