Join us for Mount Vernon Heritage Days! This community festival is fun for the whole family Friday evening, including a drone show at dark! Saturday features include the parade at 10:30 am, games, bingo, bags, and Crazy Delicious from 8 pm – 12 am.
Friday evening kicks off with a party at the Lester Buresh Family Community Wellness Center, 855 Palisades Road SW. Bring the family and enjoy the Kids Fun Run, Bouncy Houses, Games, Food Trucks and Live Music from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. The grand finale Friday night will be held at the Mount Vernon High School Athletic Complex, with another DRONE SHOW starting at dark! No alcohol is allowed at this event. Snacks, candy, soda and water will be available for purchase.
Saturday brings the return of the Alumni Breakfast, Heritage Days Parade at 10:30 am, followed by the Conservation Station, games, Bingo, beer tent, bags, music, and food. The Car Show will be held from 10 am – 3 pm on 1st Street E. Crazy Delicious plays from 8 pm – 12 am 1st Street W.
