Event Description
As we gear up for the new school year, let’s come together to ensure every child starts off with confidence & dignity. Many families struggle with the rising costs of essentials like clothing, backpacks, hygiene products, and school supplies. You can make a lasting impact by helping them feel prepared and supported. How You Can Help: · By Donating Supplies: We’re collecting new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, folders, calculators, water bottles, and more. · By Contributing Clothing: Shirts, pants, New underwear, New socks, and sneakers. · ️ By Spreading the Word: Share this drive with friends, family, co-workers, and across your social networks. Why It Matters: Being equipped with basic essentials fosters self-esteem, reduces stress, and increases focus—ingredients for a successful school year classace.io. When students know their community believes in them, they show up ready to learn and thrive. Donation Drop-Off & Fundraising Details: · Drop-off at: Hiawatha Library Circulation Desk · Collection Dates: Starting August 1st With your help, we can brighten the start of the school year for local kids in need.
