Fueled By Emo truly began when Adam & Tom started playing in bands together at a very young age. Eventually, the duo had the inspiration to start a late '90s, early 2000s pop punk cover band in memory of the music they listened to growing up. The pair would quickly expand to a rocking six-piece band. After playing successful shows in the Chicagoland area, the band found their niche as a Paramore & Fall Out Boy tribute.
