Iowa City musician Dave Moore will play a fundraiser for ELLI - the new microlending project overseen by the Unitarian Universalist Society and facilitated by the Multicultural Development Center of Iowa. This project has already helped a number of under-resourced people start small businesses, and helped with emergency loans as well.
There will be desserts and drinks! Donations accepted at the door; there will also be info on how to donate electronically.
