Tour new homes to get inspired at the Greater Cedar Rapids Fall 2025 Parade of Homes!
Step inside new homes to be captivated by the latest trends in home design. This is your chance to discover the latest advances in home construction, interior design trends, new floor plans, exterior finishes, outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire. The parade homes are in a variety of neighborhoods and offer a wide range of price points.

Saturday & Sunday, October 4 & 5

Noon to 5 p.m. each day
Pick up a parade publication at any local Casey's, Fareway, or Hy-Vee store, or any parade home. Or view online at gcrhba.org.
Tickets to tour homes are available at each parade home for $10, only cash and Venmo will be accepted. Or purchase tickets in advance online at grchba.org (processing fees will be applied). Children 12 and under FREE.
With each ticket purchase, receive coupons for the 2026 Cedar Rapids Home Show and Spring 2026 Parade of Homes, a $10 value.
