Event Description

Horizons Senior Center Focus Group:  The Senior Center Survey results are in! Join Paula Land, the Horizons' project lead, for an opportunity to hear the results and offer additional input through a focus group format. Together we can continue to envision a space that is welcoming, resourceful and meets the needs of seniors in Cedar Rapids. 

Bridge to Opportunities meets at 2100 1st Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids, directly across from Cottage Grove Place and Cottage Grove Ave.  (This is Refugee City Church, the former Four Oaks building.)  Parking and entrance, including handicap ramp are at the back of the building.
