Event Description
The Together in Song Chorus is a fun, low pressure chorus for individuals with dementia and other chronic conditions, their care partners and volunteer singers. Together in Song brings together individuals of all skill levels and musical backgrounds with the goal of providing social connection, meaning and purpose.
